Did Nintendo Download And Sell Us A Mario Rom? (New Information)

For over a year now people have been wondering if Nintendo really did download a rom from the internet and then resell it on the Wii Virtual Console. This was originally brought up by Eurogamer when comparing the Virtual Console rom to one from the internet and finding they were exactly the same along with a head used when dumping a rom using the iNes dumping method. Now more information has surfaced showing that the rom Nintendo used appears to be much older than originally thought.
